MOTIVATION
Incentive Motivation, Loyalty Programme & Destination Management

Why motivate?

Why would anyone want to make use of motivational techniques, awards and programmes?

INTRO
A big trend these days is for people to get involved with personal development courses, motivational seminars and other ways to find their own personal success.

Not everyone has the same definition of success, and therefor there is no one 'right' version of success. Again, not everyone is interested in being their best, although it is changing quickly. People who are involved in programs that inspire, motivate and guide their actions and thinking towards being more suuccessful, usually are more successful, even if they started with absolutely nothing. The worst salesperson in your organisation, can, eith the right training and attitiude, become one of the best, and find their own personal success.

Philanthopy
By using various techniques, processes and rewards, you can influence the behaviour of those that ultimately make you successful. Without them, you cannot be successful. If you help them to become more successful, so in-turn will you become more successful. Not everyone will take responsibility for their own motivation, and many still subscribe to the belief that a company or government will take care of them. Until that changes, there is an opportunity to provide stimulation for those people.

Momentum
When all efforts of the individuals in a team of people are aligned, then the results are far greater than if they are scattered without a common purpose. When there is alignment, the flow of momentum carries each individual closer to there goals.

Teamwork
By running an incentive program, you are partnering with those you want to motivate. You are offering them an opportunity to rise to the challenge, and meet your offer, in return for their reward. You are inviting them to be a part of a team, to create success for all.

Financial
Give what you want to receive.
By investing money into others empowerment and motivation, you can link their actions to a specific monetory value.

Not every incentive is geared to making money. Some are designed to save money, and human life, such as a Safety Incentive.

There are some program participants that will not be motivate by money, and will respond to travel or merchandise.
