MOTIVATION
Incentive Motivation, Loyalty Programme & Destination Management

Who to motivate?

Influencing others behaviour
Based on the outcome of your programme, it will be clear who you are going to motivate. The most common groups to be motivated would fall into 2 groups, mainly:

Motivation
External Sales
Internal Sales
Internal Staff

Loyalty Programmes
End users
Dealers
Resellers

However, there are some more complex strategies involving multi-level motivation. An example would be running an incentive for managers, and those managed by them. They qualify for different or similar rewards, but based on different criteria. By using this strategy, there is a leveraged effort, and the overall result is greater than if only one level was motivated. This type of strategy would also work in a franchise environment using a similar structure.
